A graphic arts and illustration recovery project. Implemented to recover fine illustrations from vintage print publications. Images are marketed to graphic arts companies that service the print publishing industry. Designed and programmed image database production management and cataloging systems.
CI! Crisis Intervention and Client Intake. New World Sciences Corporation. 1997 - Present
Business Analyst, Developer and Project Manager of the "CI!" Crisis Intervention call-center application. CI! Served a 24/7 suicide hotline for a multi-county regional crisis center. The call center provided service to Madison and St. Clair counties in Illinois and to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The application provided real-time access to clinical intake histories, clinical notes, treatment plans, and crisis assessment information. Interface accommodated to the learning and work process of needs of crisis workers. Extensive reporting system provided required hard copy intake documentation to state of Illinois. Data gathering and reporting system was utilized to increase productivity of crisis workers. Data gathering and reporting were processes were developed to identify "chronic callers" who were considered as not at risk. From the data, treatment plans were developed to appropriately deal with the chronic caller. As a result crisis worker time for real crisis consumers was increased.

Designed and developed water lab testing information systems for scheduling and recording of waste water treatment tests. Scheduling system enabled setup of work flows within laboratory. Reporting system enabled compliance tracking, external project billing and advanced functions such as anion and cation calculations.
